Therefore I have Hope

Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion, therefore I will wait for Him. Lamentations 3:21-24

Today and everyday I will take pause and “call to mind” what I know to be true about my God. What a wonderful way to start each day and end each day.

I have a God who loves me greatly.

No matter what is going on in my life, it’s not so big that I’m consumed by it.

His love for me is bigger than all the world.

He is faithful – always there for me.

He is my portion – everything I need.

“Therefore I have hope” and I am so happy “to wait for Him” to work in my life. Have hope today my friend.

God, thank you that I can put my hope in a faithful God who loves me. Teach me to wait for you.
