God’s Unfailing Love

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life. Psalm 143:8

Tonight, as I “lay me down to sleep” I have this wonderful prayer to claim. I pray for a reminder of God’s unfailing love. There’s nothing I can do that will stop God’s love for me. Because I know this about Him, I can put my trust in my loving God. He has my best in mind. So I continue with a request that I am open for God to show me the way I should go. I entrust my life into His hands. For me, that’s the best way to pray for each day.

Dear Lord,

You know what tomorrow brings. I trust you with my life because of your unfailing love. Show me the way.
