Filled with Joy

“The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” Psalm 126:3

The Lord has done great things for us (for me). Reflect on His greatness in your life today. What has He done for you? What has He seen you through? How has He protected you? When has He healed you – emotionally or physically?

As I reflect on God at work in my life, I see His hands working His will in my life. And I am filled with joy. So many blessings to be thankful for. Reflect on them as you face today’s challenges. And be reminded of your God’s faithfulness in your life. Reflect on His unfailing love. Say the great things He has done for you out loud and rejoice. And then give today’s struggles and challenges to your mighty God and rejoice that He is with you every step of the way.

God, I thank you for your work in my life. I rejoice in your unfailing love. Teach me to look at today through the eyes of yesterday and the promise of your faithfulness.
